Owner/Director - North Jersey Ghost
Biography
Pete DeCilla previously owned the Garden State Ducks, where he had 4 successful years with the program, before joining forces with PRD. DeCilla currently owns and runs North Jersey Ghost. Both programs Ducks and Ghost have been Nationally and Regionally ranked by Perfect Game for consecutive seasons. Pete DeCilla played 3 years of varsity baseball at Nutley High school as a 2B/Pitcher. He then went onto pitch at Morris County Community College. He began his coaching career while playing in college at the age of 19 years old. Decilla became the Varsity Assistant Coach at Boonton High School in the 2019 season for 1 season before starting his own youth program. He has been coaching the youth and high school levels for 8 years now. He has created an opportunity for the top players in the North Jersey area to play on a National Stage and showcase their abilities in front of the best College Programs in the country. DeCilla’s goal is to have athletes graduate the program and move onto the collegiate/professional level.
