As the landscape of recruiting changes, PRD is here to help navigate the roadmap for your player and your family. A big step in the process is self-lead groundwork with proper tools that are offered to our PRD families at a fraction of the public cost. As we roll in to our 2023 summer, it is more important than ever for players in the grad years below to have the following set up:

Full Recruiting profile accessible to colleges and the club the player participates with; Within that profile, a list of schools the player is interested in that INCLUDE D2 & D3 options if a player is uncommitted currently; A legitimate plan that fits their skill set in terms of realistic landing options; A event schedule that aligns with those realistic goals exposure wise; Tools to begin to do groundwork on many schools of interest, may those be D1, D2 or D3 destinations; Familiarity with schools the player may not have previously been aware of; Comfort with a "college map" to determine what regions of the United States that player may be willing to attend college in.

To streamline this process, PRD is hiring optional advisors with connections and knowledge in the collegiate circle to use a point of contact, set up meetings with and to discuss potential options for your son. We suggest that 2025s interested in playing college baseball seriously consider an advisor for hire. For 2026s, only those anticipating receiving D-1 offers on Aug 1 after their Sophomore year truly need an advisor at this time.
