Our Story

PRD's mission is to extend the careers of amateur athletes across the country while helping small business owners grow their brands and create jobs throughout the industry.

PRD began in 2003 as a tech-driven training group and launched its first teams in 2016. In 2017, we founded Ghost Baseball, growing it from a single team to 50 regional teams and making a real dent on the national circuit. In 2020, we opened Ghost Labs, continuing to enhance our training options and expand our scope.

Along the way, we found that the team expansion model in the industry was predatory and hurt small business owners. So PRD created a different expansion model, one that assists organization owners with operations, lowers their costs, and provides additional amenities to their clients.

Today, PRD has more than 100 partners in 39 states, serving over 14,000 athletes. Our flagship brand, Ghost, has 50+ clubs across the country, and Ghost Labs is expanding into a mecca for high-level training in regions nationwide.
