Title: Strength & Conditioning Coach

Mike is a former collegiate baseball player at Ocean County Community College from 2018-2019. After OCC Mike continued his playing career at Cabrini University from 2019-2022. Mike was middle infielder for most of his career but made transition to starting pitcher when he joined the Cavaliers.

Mike graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. During his time pursuing his degree and aspirations to become a strength & conditioning coach he partook in multiple internships. In 2019 he interned at Reach Your Potential Training (RYPT) and was lucky enough to land a job there the following summer. In 2021 he pursued an internship at Ascent Athlete where he worked specifically with baseball athletes helping them achieve there goals of improving performance on the diamond. Lastly 2022 he interned at Villanova with the football team helping them get ready for the upcoming season. He takes pride in the skill set to work with all different types of athletes. Mike’s mission is to help each and every athlete take the step in the right direction towards there goals.
