Dave Pearson

Dave Pearson is currently serving as a board and audit committee member for Magnite Inc., Potbelly Sandwich Works and Lee Enterprises, all listed on NASDAQ. Previously, Mr. Pearson was the Chief Financial Officer of Vonage, a leader in business cloud communications. Preceding Vonage, Mr. Pearson served for over nine years as Managing Director and Global Media & Telecom Group Head in Deutsche Bank’s investment banking division. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking practice, most recently as Managing Director. Mr. Pearson started his career at Coopers & Lybrand and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Political Science and Organizational Behavior from Brown University.

At PRD, Dave serves on our board and as an advisor to CEO Pat Geroni.  He provides corporate, M&A and capital allocation experience to help PRD continue to be a leader in the amateur baseball industry.
