SoFlo Ghost originated as Strike Baseball in South Florida as a 501c3 providing travel baseball opportunities to local players in the tri county area. Over the last few years our team has competed and won in PG, USSSA, and Cal Ripken tournaments including a 1st place finish in the USSSA Firecracker Classic World Series. Our goal is to provide player development at the highest level focusing on creating customized plans for long term athletes. Our Head Coach Ricardo Rodriguez “Coach Ricky” played nationally in Venezuela and was drafted to the MLB at 16 years old and played as a catcher for the Atlanta Braves among other teams. Coach Ricky has an assistant Coach  - Juan Morales who also played with him in Venezuela but was as Short Stop for the Braves as well. Both coaches work at a local Baseball Academy as well and spend all of their team time focusing on programs that benefit our players - including arm care, throwing programs, agility programs, hip mobility for our catchers, conditioning, fielding, pitching development programming as well as turning our players into exceptional hitters. Juli Santiago has been our team manager and fundraising lead since we began our journey. We look forward to continuing our players growth with PRD and are excited for the story to continue.
