Drew Hesketh

Owner/Operator Ghost Squad Ohio

Currently serves as HC for the organization’s 2029 team. Coach Drew is widely recognized for his work in player development, mental performance, and mentality training. Known for his philosophies centered around discipline, consistency, confidence, and accountability, Coach Drew believes his greatest accomplishment is helping athletes reach higher levels both on and off the field.

He also currently serves as the HC for the 2029 FTB Phillies Scout Team and the 2029 MW Ghost National team during the fall season. Both programs compete at the national level playing against top organizations in the best events the country has to offer.

A lifelong baseball player, Coach Drew transitioned into coaching at just 24 years old following injuries that derailed his playing career at UCC college. He has now spent nearly two decades coaching and developing amateur athletes, including previously serving as owner/operator of Canes Baseball Ohio.

In addition to his work in travel baseball, Coach Drew owns and operates Infinite Hitting Cincinnati, a year-round player development facility specializing in hitting instruction, mental performance, and athlete development.

Coach Drew and his wife Amanda have been married for 16 years and are proud parents of four children.
